  • Schedule initial and additional detailed demonstrations between the client, vendor and NPSS

  • Follow up with vendors with client's questions and maintain ongoing dialogue between vendors and client

INITIAL OPTIONS ANALYSIS

  • Using the findings, we will finalize the CRM software requirements list

  • Research viable options & request for Information from Vendors

FINAL OPTION SELECTION

  • Request vendor contract (if applicable) and review contract with client
